Bill McCartney, Founder and Chairman
Bill received a B. A. from Simon Fraser University in 1978 and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia since 1980. Since 1990 Bill has been the President of Pemcorp Management Inc., a private company which provides corporate finance and administrative management services to private and public companies. He is a former founding partner of Davidson & Company, Chartered Accountants, one of the largest auditors of public companies in Canada, where he specialized in mergers & acquisitions, corporate tax planning and capital structuring. He is a member of the local (policy) advisory committee to the TSX and TSX Venture Exchanges and has served on numerous board of public and private enterprises.

Paul Cassidy, Director
Paul had an extensive background in Information Systems in both North America and Europe. After graduating with a degree in Computer Science and a Masters degree in Systems Engineering, Paul held senior management positions with several major companies including General Electric Information Services and President of a digital cable television network Company operating in 40 hospitals in the U.K. He was the CEO from April 2004 to June 2005 of Texon Technologies, a medical diagnostic company.
Paul’s consulting now spans over a decade of success working internationally with major financial, pharmaceutical and advertising companies. His facilitation of change programs and development of motivational training has won him acclaim on both sides of the Atlantic. He has worked with all segments of industry and all levels of Government.
Kevin Kasha, Director
Since 1993, Kevin has been the CEO of a Saskatchewan-based company, which manages businesses in the hospitality industry. Kevin has also held several teaching positions, including Adjunct Professor at the University of Regina (Advanced Management Accounting). He was presented with an award for outstanding contribution to education from the University of Regina in 2002. As Manager of Ernst & Young Chartered Accountants (formerly Clarkson Gordon), he was actively involved in the Initial Public Offering for SaskOil, which later became Wascana Energy. Kevin is a Chartered Accountant.
