SPhENo – Cardiograph™ * offers an innovative cardiac assessment that calculates the Systolic Timing Interval (STI) Ratio, which contributes to the early detection of heart disease.

Identifying early onset cardiac disease is not easy. People who are symptom-free are unaware they have cardiac disease until chest pain and fatigue present. Ninety percent of Canadians over the age of 20 have at least one risk factor for heart disease. Forty percent have three or more risk factors. Early assessment of heart health factors will greatly influence the risk of the further development of heart disease (6).

Heart Force Medical has designed a simple, accurate, low cost, non-invasive health  test that can be used to assess cardiac performance so that appropriate lifestyle choices may be implemented and monitored.

The SPhENo-Cardiograph™ offers an innovative, non-invasive test designed to aid Wellness Service Providers such as Naturopathic Doctors, fitness coaches and trainers, in assessing cardiac performance using the Systolic Time Interval (STI) Ratio. The STI Ratio is a clinically proven measure of heart health (1-5).

The SPhENo-Cardiograph™ assessment is non-invasive and  it quickly calculates a subject’s STI Ratio. The heart health test takes 30 seconds to perform and provides an assessment of cardiac performance.

Not only does the SPhENo-Cardiograph™ have the ability to assess cardiac performance, it is being marketed to Wellness practitioners who do not always have access to traditional expensive medical equipment and specially trained technicians. Initial clinical investigations demonstrate a correlation of the STI Ratio with the gold standard of cardiac assessments – the Echocardiograph. The SPhENo-Cardiograph™ provides health and wellness practitioners with access to a sophisticated medical device as well as a clinically proven parameter, Systolic Timing Interval Ratio (1-5).

This patent protected technology  has been developed in collaboration with Naturopathic Doctors, Fitness Trainers and other practitioners to ensure it meets the requirements of the Health and Wellness sector.
